Our Experience in High precision parts manufacture makes us well established to meet the demanding standards and tolerances of the Aerospace Industry. High precision Parts are manufactured on our state of the art CNC Machines as well as Conventional machines are used to stringent Manufacturing requirements Materials ranging from Nickel Alloys, Titanium, Magnesium, Aluminium Alloys, Stainless steel and Steel Alloys are machined on our shop floor.

Built to grind off parting line flashes and thin projections of cast iron components like engine blocks, gear boxes etc, these machines have two wheel heads of diameter 500mm grinding wheels powered by 50 or 25HP motors. The job clamping and feed motions are CNC/PLC controlled and hydraulically operated. All the four faces are cleaned in one loading in the auto cycle. Typical cycle timings for grinding of flashes of three bore castings on all four faces is 90 seconds.
